Description:

1. Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Manage and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other personnel.
  • Train new staff and ensure they follow proper procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols

  • F&B Supervisor in a Hotel: 2 years (Preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Supervision & Training:
  • Manage and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other personnel.
  • Train new staff and ensure they follow proper procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
  1. Guest Service:
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and handling guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest feedback and adjust services to meet expectations.
  1. Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Monitor stock levels of food and beverage supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Keep track of wastage, and manage stock rotation to avoid expiry and ensure freshness.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Ensure food and beverages meet the hotel’s quality standards, including taste, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Oversee food safety standards, cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage areas.
  1. Scheduling & Staff Allocation:
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all shifts, balancing workload, and preventing overstaffing or understaffing.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Assist in controlling costs and monitoring the budget, including managing labor costs, and keeping track of revenue and expenses related to F&B operations.
  • Help develop pricing strategies for the menu items.
  1. Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation practices.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Oversee catering services for events or banquets, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from planning to execution.
  1. Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between kitchen staff, servers, and management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communicate daily specials, menu changes, or promotions to the team.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare reports on operational efficiency, sales, and staff performance for upper management.
