Description:
1. Staff Supervision & Training:
- Manage and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other personnel.
- Train new staff and ensure they follow proper procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols

- Train new staff and ensure they follow proper procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Guest Service:
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and handling guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and adjust services to meet expectations.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels of food and beverage supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
- Keep track of wastage, and manage stock rotation to avoid expiry and ensure freshness.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure food and beverages meet the hotel’s quality standards, including taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee food safety standards, cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage areas.
- Scheduling & Staff Allocation:
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all shifts, balancing workload, and preventing overstaffing or understaffing.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in controlling costs and monitoring the budget, including managing labor costs, and keeping track of revenue and expenses related to F&B operations.
- Help develop pricing strategies for the menu items.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation practices.
- Event Coordination:
- Oversee catering services for events or banquets, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from planning to execution.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between kitchen staff, servers, and management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate daily specials, menu changes, or promotions to the team.
- Reporting:
- Prepare reports on operational efficiency, sales, and staff performance for upper management.
