Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting F&B Support Experts to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

• This is part-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in August.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
• Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
