• A clear understanding of the FCA regulatory environment, with knowledge and experience gained from working within the consumer credit, general insurance, or automotive sector.
• Show initiative and forward-thinking
• Have great planning and organisational skills
• Exhibit excellent influential communication skills at all levels.
• Have a democratic coaching style to gain buy-in from the teams
• Results orientated with a proven track record of over-performance
• Be computer literate, including MS Office packages

As our Compliance Lead – F&I, you will drive compliance and Finance & Insurance performance across our car and motorcycle dealerships based in Hertfordshire and London.

You will work closely with the Group Head of Customer Quality and the operational teams.

• Agree and measure finance and insurance performance across the group.
• You will be instrumental in supporting our teams to achieve their performance objectives
• Identifying coaching and training requirements
• Ensuring consistent sales processes are followed, and help to drive sales and F&I across our dealerships.
• Oversee some compliance monitoring activities
