Description:

Basic Tasks:

  • Greet and assist customers with fabric selection in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Cut, prepare, and package online orders.
  • Cut, fold, and package fabric bundles and kits.
  • Help create in-store displays.
  • Complete light cleaning duties.
  • Other administrative duties, as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Sewing experience.
  • Teamwork approach, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail, organized.
  • Community-minded, friendly, and knowledgeable.
  • Self-starter, task oriented.
  • Communicates well.
  • Comfortable working with iPad, Mac, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

Preferences:

  • Leadership skills and/or experience.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or e-commerce platforms.
