Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

As a FabricSupervisor, you will manage the delivery of all fabric and associated maintenance services across the client site. You will manage a team of engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained, service levels are in line with the contractual KPI’s and overseeing supplier / labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. Compile accurate management information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders. Play a key role to support any site audits, including but not limited to, quality, health and safety, environmental and finance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven FM competence and experience
  • Experience of working in a technical FM environment
  • Must have experience within the FM sector in a supervisory and/or customer facing role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively
  • Promote QHSE best practice and consistency within the team
  • Assist Engineers and planning team, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resource.
  • Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data.
  • Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting.
