We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Fabricator/Assembler to join our team. This hybrid position combines fabrication and assembly tasks as part of the ACP line.
In this role, you will be involved in the building of concrete pump trucks, starting with the chassis and adding various components through fabrication and assembly. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fabrication and assembly.
• Proficient in fabrication techniques, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Proven experience assembling mechanical components in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and climb ladders regularly.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 25 to 50 lbs regularly, with the occasional need to lift more than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below the waist.
  We offer a day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM

  Pay: $28.80-$30.34 per hour

• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various fabrication techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform plasma cutting and other metal preparation processes.
• Assemble metal structures and parts to create completed products.
• Work with precision to ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts.
• Read, understand, and follow working drawings.
• Install new parts, including tires, wheels, and mud flaps.
• Install and plumb air brake systems, hydraulic systems, and other components.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems, handling occasional warranty work.
• Ensure systems and components are installed according to specifications, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
