Responsibilities:
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
As a Business Developer in the Energy & Industry (E&I) sector with a focus on Facade at Hilti, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and customer engagement specifically within the facade industry. This role involves high-level customer consultation, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative facade solutions.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the facade sector, focusing on long-term relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and increase market penetration in the facade industry.
- Customer Consultation: Provide technical support and consultative selling to customers, demonstrating the value of Hilti’s facade products and solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and economic conditions specific to the facade industry to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of facade projects and delivery of solutions.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
