QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven relevant experience in façade design or a related field within the construction industry.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling tools.
• Knowledge of façade systems, materials, building regulations, and technical detailing.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans, translating them into detailed façade solutions.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical and efficient design solutions.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator, able to work closely with various project stakeholders.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple design tasks under the guidance of the Façade Design Manager.

ROLE:

The Façade Designer will support the Façade Design Manager by developing detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for façade systems across assigned projects. This role involves close collaboration with the design and project teams to ensure the façade design aligns with project requirements, aesthetic vision, and regulatory standards. The Façade Designer will be responsible for technical detailing, material selection, and assisting in design reviews.
