QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facade design or related architectural fields.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance-based facade systems and advanced building technologies.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with building physics and environmental performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont

• Design Development: Create innovative facade designs that align with project requirements, budget, and aesthetic goals.
• 3D Modeling: Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino to produce detailed 3D models and renderings of facade systems.
• Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering sustainability, durability, and performance characteristics.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and fabrication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Site Visits: Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended vision and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address design challenges and provide creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs as needed.
