Choices NZ facilitates flexible support relationships and access to community services to help people with disabilities and health-related conditions achieve their goals.
We provide a range of services, including employment, the transition from education, learning new things and becoming an active part of the local community.
Choices NZ is a proud member and wholly owned subsidiary of the IHC Group.

Your role will be to work alongside people with a disability or long-term health need, who are seeking paid employment and/or looking to leave school into the next phase of their lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working one-on-one with people with disabilities or long-term health need to seek employment
• Working with young people with disabilities planning to leave school and seeking assistance on navigating the next steps
• Establishing and maintain positive relationships - with the people choosing our services, your colleagues, potential employers, local community and other social and disability services
