Responsibilities:

We’re looking to bring onboard a Facilitator to focus on successfully driving facilitation with Sidebar’s members. This role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our members. You will be primarily focused on facilitating member sessions and helping members progress and grow. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert in analyzing, designing, developmenting, implementing, and evaluating Sidebar’s facilitation programs.

As a Facilitator, you’ll…

  • Deliver high-quality virtual facilitation sessions to small groups (between 9-10 people).
  • Interface with Sidebar members to understand their needs and desired program outcomes. Plan, develop and conduct sessions and facilitation to meet member needs
  • Conduct measurements of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; recommend improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Guide and develop program strategies to support business objectives; strategies that may include implementation of new systems, processes, communication planning and change management.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify any program gaps and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of business systems and platforms to support daily business functions.
  • Manage existing tools, resources, and online learning to ensure our members continually receive the highest impact learning experiences.
  • Effectively communicate initiatives to ensure quick adoption and ample support.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and propose possible solutions to drive productivity forward.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/needed.
