QUALIFICATIONS:

  • IOSH Environment and IOSH Managing Safely required, training will be provided as part of the role.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working in a high-profile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment.
  • A high level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience.
  • Working in Public Sector environments is preferable.
  • Successfully managing multiple stakeholders demands and associated time pressures.
  • Have an understanding of sustainability & the social impact landscape.
  • Prior experience in Soft Services or Operations and knowledge of real estate and hospitality industry

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 08:00am to 16:30pm
OCS provides integrated facilities management services to a high profile key client, HMLR across the North & South Region’s locations covering: Durham, Hull, Fylde, Birkenhead, Leicester, Peterborough, Weymouth, Plymouth, Croydon, Gloucester and Swansea.

JOB PURPOSE:

At OCS we create places that work, think, and give. You will form a key part of this placemaking, culture, driving exceptional FM services, within the position of Facilities Administrator. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with OCS and HMLR vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate production, collation and analysis/interpretation of data across all contract areas, to support management team in effectively driving improvements to contract management and delivery, ensuring KPIs are met consistently.
  • Collation and inputting of data to ensure accurate and timely contract reporting.
  • Management of contract level quality processes to ensure documentation is always maintained and compliant.
  • Support Senior management team with updating processes and procedures regularly as required.
  • Support with induction and training delivery as required to ensure consistency in delivery and one team approach to service delivery.
  • Ensuring continual update of client share portals and social media in line with the business policies & senior management guidelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management: proactively gathering information on their needs and preferences to support development of the customer relationship and experience.
  • Support the Senior Contract Management team with administration tasks as required.
  • You will have an understanding of contracts and exceptional organisational skills.
