Responsibilities:
Joining a small, dedicated team you will ensure that the buildings, areas and services across our operation are serviced and maintained to allow our colleagues and customers to operate effectively in a fast paced, critical working environment.
You will be the first point of contact for Facilities and Contract Management issues, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to plan, coordinate and execute planned maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical and structural requirements. You will maintain safety, quality, environmental and statutory compliance requirements to a high standard, conducting regular reviews and managing performance to ensure agreed KPIs are achieved.
