Description:
FULL TIME:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:30, Friday 06:00 – 12:00
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in maintenance or facilities engineering, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, allowing you to work confidently and collaboratively with team members across the organisation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
- Willingness to respond to maintenance needs outside of regular hours as necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and efficient operation of all production machinery, facilities, and site infrastructure. Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you’ll support production by managing proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll also play a key role in developing preventive maintenance strategies and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
