WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar with 1-3 years of experience in Procurement.
Enthusiastic, you have an analytical mindset with strong reporting and negotiation skills.
You are also familiar with Procurement techniques like budgeting, market analysis, risk and price management.
On top of that, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are looking for a Facilities & Security Buyer to join our General Procurement team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

By covering this position, you will lead and execute sourcing activities for the category at local level according to the global guidelines in the category strategy document.
You will analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers’ concentrations and possible innovation.
Moreover, you will identify sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies.
Your role will be also to ensure proper alignment with internal customers (business functions) requirements and lead negotiations with the suppliers to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality.
You will build supplier relationships as well that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers.
Furthermore, you will manage supplier financial analysis, contracts, market intelligence reports and policies’ compliancy of suppliers (source to pay program through Ariba).
You will intervene in case of mismatches between orders and invoices and approve PO documents.
Finally, collaborating with other functions in the definition and implementation of policies will be fundamental in this role.
