EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and health and safety regulations.
SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in facilities management software is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will coordinate maintenance, oversee vendor services, and ensure the safety and functionality of our work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and comfortable workspace for our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in managing the facilities budget and tracking expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Respond to and resolve urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for facility operations.
- Support office space planning, including workspace allocation and office moves.
- Implement and promote sustainability initiatives that improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
