An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator (Hard Services) to join Edwards abatement solutions in Clevedon.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Education: A degree in Facility Management or Business Administration is preferred. The IWFM Level 3 award in Facilities Management is also a recognized qualification that can be suitable for those starting out in the field.
- Computer literate with a high level of skill in the use of the relevant software packages – O365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Significant demonstrable knowledge of using bespoke web-based computer systems
- Previous experience of use of works order management system essential
- Strong attention to detail is essential as is the ability to grasp, obtain and analyse detailed information
- Understanding of end-to-end workflow processes
- Information and data capture/ entry / administration of information held within multiple systems
- General understanding of the maintenance of the built environment commercial/industrial as it relates to maintenance, compliance and, soft services - cleaning, catering, etc.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legisation relating to the built environment e.g. Risk Assessments, method statements, SSOWs, PTWs, COSHH etc
