We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.
We are currently looking to add a Facilities Coordinator to our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a good level of Microsoft office excel, Word Power point
  • Experience in a Client facing roles
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Reception an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in a legal firm an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities:

  • General Administration – Compile and generate reports, maintain business operation trackers, update maintain seating floor plans
  • Compliance administration – Maintaining compliance records for ISO and other company accreditation and Maintenance records
  • Ordering of office stationery and facilities supplies
  • Monitor and answer email enquiries.
  • Supporting Facilities tech team with minor day-to-day activities
  • Engage with contractors for planned works and reactive works
  • Management of folder recycling scheme
  • Carry out building checks as directed by Director of properties and FM team
  • Support on site events and set ups
  • Carry out site floor walks monitoring general housekeeping
  • Support and drive HS initiatives across all buildings
  • Communicate building issues to Firm support services
  • Review cleaning standards through weekly audits
  • Support DSE assessments (Training provided)
  • Support Induction in the absence of the Facilities/Health safety representative
  • Attend training as required to support the business needs
  • Cover reception shift during Annual leave periods
  • Reasonable availability to support OOH work/events (advance notice will be provided)
