OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a friendly, positive, energetic Facilities Coordinator who will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to members of the ToughBuilt team and completing daily errands as needed to support the overall business. This position assists with general office tasks such as, manages and maintains office supplies and inventory, liaises with applicable vendors, keeps kitchen well-stocked with healthy snacks and beverages, makes warehouse or samples purchases as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable, personal vehicle.
  • Valid California Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be on-site 5 days a week
  • Must be willing and able to pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete external errands, including but not limited to purchasing or picking up product samples, snacks and beverages, and various other miscellaneous errands as directed by management.
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory for kitchen and office.
  • Oversee and/or maintain cleanliness of offices, workstations, restrooms and conference rooms; communicate any issues accordingly.
  • Provide office wide communication as needed as it pertains to the office/upkeep/applicable items
  • Assist with any other warehouse functions as needed.
  • Assist in other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Manage mail, Fed Ex, UPS and courier requests.
  • Running errands as needed, i.e., mail and packages, purchasing product samples, picking up requested items from management.
