Responsibilities:
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, including pipe fitting, electrical works, wall painting, carpentry, and various other building-related activities.
- Coordinate with contractors/service providers for office upkeep, air conditioning maintenance, and other scheduled building services.
- Responsible for updated preventative maintenance on facilities’ accessory and appliance.
- Distribute spare parts from the counter and bulk store to clients, ensuring all related documents are verified and transactions are updated as necessary.
- Meet delivery appointments and pick-up requirements, and following up on their status when required
- Support warehouse duties
- Maintain general safety regulations and practices as alwaysAll other ad hoc duties as assigned
