POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an dynamic Facilities Developer II with 3-5 years of experience to help with development and record retention duties. This is a onsite-based position in the Van Nuys office and supports all facets of the day-to-day operations and/or projects within the Facilities & Security department.
This position collaborates with IT and the broader associate population to support a wide range of projects and initiatives touching our corporate and branch workforce population alike and will be focused on streamlining processes and providing exceptional service to all associates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years in similar or related experience required.
    A minimum of 3 year of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
    A minimum of 3 year of experience supporting an facilities or record retention department, or commensurate work experience, is preferred.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATES/LICENSES

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelors degree in business or construction preferred.

Responsibilities:

High Level Task

  • Identifies future and validates current organizational requirements for workspace needs including growth forecasting and seat counts and other requirements at the business and employee level.
  • Acts as a customer liaison or contact point for service issues; analyzes data, monitors budgets and costs; performs feasibility studies and provides technical expertise in the assigned program areas.
  • Coordinates maintenance projects where specialized expertise is required; functions include customer service activities, building inspections, condition assessment and the recommending of repairs or upgrades of facilities or infrastructure.
  • Able to develop supply and demand analytics, project concepts, stack and block plans, migration strategies and prepare executive level documents for client approval.
  • Delivers client workplace model standards; recommends new standards and looks for continued improvements to the client workplace design.
  • Assesses and updates the change impact and integrates change management activities into project plan.
  • Strong project management skills including moves management planning, programming, and execution.
  • Utilizes administrative data to run various reports; analyze data and makes recommendations as appropriate; develops, implements, and tracks information gathering systems and methods of analyzing data.
