Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage and optimize building systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in facility management software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
• Energy Management: Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. Implement energy-saving measures.
• Project Management: Manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment upgrades.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the facilities budget.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage facilities maintenance staff.
