EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Universal EPA refrigerant card required
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 3+ years of Refrigeration experience needed
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Song working knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Controls, RTU, AHU, VAV, Humidifiers, Liebert unitstr
- Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and concepts
- Adept at handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with relevant software
