Springtown currently has approximately 500 equipment toolsets onsite, with a dedicated equipment and facilities team of 170 employees focused on sustaining the performance of the toolsets. The focus of this team is to develop a world class, flexible and engaged maintenance team, delivering improved factory performance and reliability.
Reporting to the Facilities Technician Manager, this challenging and exciting position gives the opportunity to work within a plant that supports leading edge semiconductor equipment. Responsibilities:

You will be working a rotating 12-hours shift pattern. This will include days and night working, (to include: - 4 days / nights on 4 days / nights off, 2 days / nights on 2 days/ nights off, 3 days / nights on 3 days / nights off, 2 days / nights on 2 days / nights off. The rota will then repeat.
The role will involve you being a part of a small team on a rotating shift pattern having the responsibility of maintaining a safe working environment, providing immediate response and efficient resolutions to down-time situations on plant and equipment.
