POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. In this key role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our facilities, vehicles, and systems are well-maintained to support the vital work we do. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and passionate about facilities management, we want you on our team! EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education related to facilities management, construction, or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of facilities or maintenance experience. Experience in community services or working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage procurement and maintenance of office and house furniture, including ordering, and replacement.
  • Handle reconciliation of petty cash, processing payments, and tracking spending on maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
