• Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of buildings, facilities, and machinery at the production plant.
• Perform various hands-on repair and maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Apply maintenance strategies and industry best practices to achieve consistent reliability and availability of plant equipment.
• Collaborate with subsidiary companies on technology transfers to enhance maintenance performance standards.
• Assist in planning and managing plant shutdown maintenance.
• Review and assess contractors’ performance and timesheets.
• Undertake special projects or assignments as directed by management.
• Implement and adhere to the requirements of the company’s QEHS Management System, including ISO and OHSAS standards and applicable legal requirements.
