Job Title: Workspace Technician / Maintenance Worker
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Salary: €40,000 per annum

We are looking for a Workspace Technician who can help us keep this energy alive, while ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or workspace technician.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Basic Trade and painting skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine inspections of the workspace to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Handyman Services:

  • Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Handle minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and fix general maintenance issues to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Safety and Security:

  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to address any safety concerns.

Workspace Improvement:

  • Assist in planning and executing workspace layout changes and improvements.

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of work.
