JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Vice President of GMP Operations and work on-site in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing HVAC and refrigeration systems critical to controlled laboratory environments and agriculture operations. The technician will also support additional facilities management tasks to ensure seamless operation across the site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • HVAC/Refrigeration ticket is required.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial DHU, AHU, chillers, and cascade refrigeration systems.
  • Strong understanding of Desert-Aire or Keep-rite products and services.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is an asset
