JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Telecommunication Services (Data Center)
- Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
- Working Location: New Tech Park & Techlink
- Working Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Shift Allowance ($300) + Variable Bonus + Medical & Flexi Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service building facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform minor repairs and improvements to buildings and equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality repairs and maintenance.
- Provide engineering support during weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when necessary.
- To standby 24 hours on duty roster (will provide additional standby allowance).
