Description:

Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay (but required to work at other Council buildings within the area)
A vacancy has arisen for the post of Facilities Management Support Officer based at Coed Pella Offices, Colwyn Bay and Bodlondeb Offices, Conwy.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake security functions for the offices, associated grounds and annexes, ensuring safe custody of keys, operation of building alarms and opening and closing (securing and un-securing) of building in accordance with opening and closing times or as directed. A full list of duties are listed in the Job Description.
A good level of general education, including a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, along with a full clean UK driving licence is required for this post.
The post holder will be required to work on a shift pattern basis to cover the building opening and closing times between the hours of 6:45am and 19.30pm
