We are currently looking for a new member for the Facility Management team to join us in the position of Facilities Management & Workplace Experience Analyst.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Interest in administrative work and communication
  • Proactive in the ability to mobilise and interact with other people and teams
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for finding solutions
  • A sense of responsibility and commitment to the end result of the work carried out
  • Attention to detail and customer focus
  • Team player and results-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of IT tools

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in organizing cross-functional initiatives promoted by Sonae Campus management aimed at employees from all companies;
  • Contribute to defining improvement interventions and projects related to the buildings;
  • Oversee some of the work carried out by external service providers at Sonae Campus;
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and building users, ensuring activity coordination and goal achievement;
  • Prepare purchase requests, reports, and supporting documents for negotiations and decisions;
  • Participate in building budget preparation and the respective budget control process.
