JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all company facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient working environment. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including managing the physical premises, handling vendor contracts, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance practices.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations, including OSHA compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage fleet-related tasks.
