- Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees and visitors.
- Support to the business compliance and administration team through the buddy system as required.

- Demonstrable experience in supplier contract performance and measurement.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities within AVK. You will provide support, a critical role in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and conducive to our business objectives, while also supporting the safety, comfort, and productivity of staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities across the organisation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs.
- Coordinate office moves, relocations, and furniture/equipment installations as required.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to procure facilities-related services, such as cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Regular supplier audits and health & safety checks.
- Ensure office suppliers have gone through the onboarding process.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective response to emergencies and incidents.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting for facilities-related expenses, including maintenance, repairs, utilities, etc.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to facilities management activities, including maintenance logs, service contracts, and occupancy data.
- Generate reports, metrics, and analysis to track performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facilities operations.
- Support the compliance team in day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for maintaining assets across the organisation.
