SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficient in using facility management software and standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the delivery of the service agreement and financial performance to ensure that KPI’s are achieved
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Lead and manage facility-related projects, from renovations to new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
- Maintain systems capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities
- Provide technical and management service support to the client including the development of technical reports
