Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for maintaining exceptional facilities? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team and ensure our spaces are safe, efficient, and welcoming.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Proficient in using facility management software and standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the delivery of the service agreement and financial performance to ensure that KPI’s are achieved
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
  • Lead and manage facility-related projects, from renovations to new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
  • Maintain systems capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
  • Manage maintenance planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, services, and activities
  • Provide technical and management service support to the client including the development of technical reports
