What this job entails: Provide Facility Management oversight for the client. Provide managerial oversight to a Team of Facility Coordinators and Receptionists across the Mexican Country portfolio of small to medium size offices. Manage contractors and vendors in client location to perform necessary services to maintain facilities and meet client expectations. Support the Account Director in the development of operational and capital budgets for assigned properties. Develop an amazing relationship to the local Client point of contact. Interact to other Team members in LATAM and have leadership behavior.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • +5 years of experience in coordination of Facility Management tasks.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and personnel
  • Technical knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in costumer experience
  • Advanced English level (written and oral): fluent is desirable
  • Engineering graduation desirable (Mechanical, Electrical and Civil)
