Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages and provides services to Appleʼs workspace and engineering sites across the region. We develop and run Appleʼs global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities, and site services. In addition, we manage these properties in innovative and sustainable ways, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel and facilities! We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the facilities management of Appleʼs corporate portfolio in Central & Eastern Europe.
DESCRIPTION
• The RE&D Facilities Manager for select countries in Central & Eastern Europe will manage the day-to-day operations in multiple offices and engineering sites consistent with a diversified portfolio. • You will manage budgets and drive cost and operational efficiencies along with having the ability to interact with Apple business functions, landlords, partners & customers at all levels including management reporting. • You will project manage a wide range of different project sizes within your region. • You will partner with Apple management, the Apple RE&D team, Apple partners including Finance, Security, IS&T, EHS and landlords, internal/external vendors and suppliers.
- Extensive experience in facility and project management in Central & Eastern Europe.
- Management of all soft and hard services associated with the real estate portfolio. This includes mechanical, electrical, space management, reception services, janitorial, furniture etc.
- Deep expertise in project management, planning, scheduling, budgeting and resourcing on a range of project sizes.
- Experience managing external vendors
Ability to travel regularly throughout your region.Fluency in English language

- Strong and timely reporting ability - accurate in written and verbal reporting.
- Degree qualified in related field e.g. Engineering/Architecture/Business.
