Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: London Central
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £50k - £55k
We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Primary Care team based in Central London covering various sites.
As a Facilities Manager you’ll ensure the correct operational functioning of all of our Primary Care clinics to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
You will lead and manage all elements of the housekeeping contracts for the business, to co-ordinate, drive and lead any on-going and new projects and work-streams within the department. You will also act as the liaison across departments in the business where required, to help lead all aspects of department Health and Safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary educator and be responsible for training and quality of service delivery standards
  • Assess & appraise staff training/coaching needs, career progression and succession planning
  • Operational and Facilities contract and supplier management – e.g. waste management.
  • Maintain and take responsibility for the delivery of contracts to support the operational management of all.
  • Manage the cleaning and maintenance schedule to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
  • Ensure that all non clinical equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced regularly.
  • Lead monthly local meetings with contractors, ensuring KPIs are met and any concerns/complaints are resolved, attend appropriate Corporate meetings and ensure facility updates are completed
  • Assist the clinical governance team with operational aspects of required inspections and audits, e.g. CQC and ISO and support the opening of new clinics
