Responsibilities:
JOB OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver a 5-star experience to all colleagues within the portfolio.
Responsible for managing and delivering Mitie’s service remit: Post room, Contractor control etc.
Complete Daily walkaround of the Dunhill offices reporting issues to the Richemont service helpdesk.
Fully support Mitie’s and our customer’s core vision and values
Identify opportunities to improve performance.
Deliver a day-to-day seamless customer journey across the client account.
Report to the Senior General Manager any daily challenges requiring immediate escalation or management attention.
To develop good Client and Customer relationships as well as key communications with other Managers on the Contract and within MITIE.
To ensure the Company’s Health, Safety and Quality procedures are followed.
Attend all mandatory management training specified for the role.
To ensure standardisation of procedures and consistency in record keeping across the site of responsibility
MAIN DUTIES:
- Responsible for contractor controls, supervise across mechanical, electrical and building fabric services sub-contracted work.
- Responsible for supervision of MITIE’s activities across mechanical, electrical and building fabric services within Dunhill offices.
- Management of the Post room receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Logging special and recorded delivery items onto the system provided.
- Booking and receipting courier items
- Support events on site by providing porterage, room configuration, clearing.
- Ensuring the meeting room environments are clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
- Be responsible for the ordering and stock levels of stationary through the Dunhill offices weekly monitoring of printing areas.
- Always follow the MITIE Group policies and procedures in relation to health and safety
- Standardise all policies and procedures in accordance with everyone on the account.
- Ensure compliance to Safe systems of work for all services provided to the client.
- To pro-actively demonstrate and work to the Company’s values
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by your Line Manager or the Client
- Complete any weekly/monthly reporting for client reports
