ABOUT THE ROLE
As Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our spaces to the highest standards. - Champion Sustainability: Lead waste management initiatives and environmental sustainability strategies.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire risk assessments, asbestos and legionnaires legislation, and statutory inspections.
- Lead Projects: Oversee the mobilisation of new properties, repair programmes, and rolling maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including housing providers, suppliers, and landlords, ensuring processes align with our core values.
We’re searching for a passionate leader who can balance strategy with hands-on action. You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Have exceptional leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Are an expert problem-solver, able to stay calm under pressure.
- Communicate effectively and build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and quality.
