EXPERIENCE:
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities, with a talent for prioritisation and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilities Management Experience: Proven experience in managing large facilities portfolios or multiple sites.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- IT Proficiency: Competence in using the MS Office suite and other relevant IT tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to provide leadership and oversight of site-basedhard and soft services and building management for a high-profile clients facilities in Edinburgh, Glasgow and occasionally Aberdeen
Your role will be pivotal in delighting our customers through exceptional service delivery and operational excellence within soft and hard services.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to your team, including conducting performance reviews, one-on-ones, and regular team meetings. Hold your team accountable to measurable KPIs and ensure continuous development through effective succession planning.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operations and service delivery within budget through effective leadership, strategic planning, and customer-focused execution. Implement and maintain contractor scopes of work, PPM schedules, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Financial Management: Drives operations and service to budget through leadership, plans,customer service and strategy execution
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service, fostering innovative ideas, and engaging proactively with customers to build loyalty
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with ISO, OHSAS, company requirements, and all HSE and statutory regulations. Prioritise the safety and well-being of all employees by ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilise management information reports to gain a deep understanding of the business, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies. Address any performance issues promptly and effectively.
- Communication: Clearly communicate company objectives, ensuring all team members are aligned with the overall goals and vision.
