One Property Recruitment are working on an exclusive search for a facilities Manager to join a mixed-use estate with a location based in the heart of Central London.

About the Role –
As a facilities Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all tenants. The portfolio you will be working on will be a residential site, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures; To provide support and guidance to members of the team, ensuring that the management is carried out professionally and effectively. Everyone must be onsite on a Thursday.
This exciting role offers a pay package of £55kwith multiple extra benefits.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
· Services might include buildings, cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, or parking.
· To be part of and provide support to the estate management team, ensuring standards are maintained and deadlines achieved.
· Ensuring the policies, company rules service is always provided.
· To be responsible for the on- site engineers
· Provide technical support and assistance to all projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
· IOSH is a requirement and NEBOSH is preferred.
· Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
· Innovative thinking
· Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
· Supervisory experience
