We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join BAM FM.
This is an exciting role with BAM FM as part of our PPP contracts portfolio, based on site in Tramore, Waterford. We are looking for an experienced FM professional to join and lead our team in the key role of Facilities Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with established Facilities Management experience to join BAM FM and ensure effective management and delivery of planned preventative maintenance programmes, lifecycle programmes and responding to the ‘reactive’ needs of the client in line with our contractual obligations. The successful applicant will manage the day-to-day operational work of the on-site hard and soft service delivery teams.
