It is advantageous, although not essential, if you have a background in facilities management in an arts or heritage organisation.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although the nature of the organisation means that flexibility to work outside of these hours is often required. The role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with travel to other parts of the RSC estate, including London. Although on-site working is essential for some aspects of this role, a number of responsibilities can be carried out remotely. So, a balance of home and on-site working arrangements is available.
