Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all production and facilities equipment, including contracted services like janitorial and grounds maintenance.
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers across a 3-shift operation.
  • Apply Problem Solving tools to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Lead training initiatives for Maintenance Engineers.
  • Direct and coordinate installation, operation, and maintenance of various facility systems.
  • Manage Spare Part Inventory and arrange for the purchase of equipment and services.
  • Lead site Preventive Maintenance Program.
  • Develop emergency procedures.
  • Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Lead site-level CapEx projects.
  • Support the facility’s computer and telephone networks.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot basic IT hardware problems.
  • Respond to unplanned facility emergencies
