The Opportunity
We are looking for a Facilities (CREWS) Manager for the UK team who would manage the CREWS responsibilities including building operations and maintenance, security, dining services, office services and health and safety compliance.
Reporting to the senior manager, you will over see a team based over two UK sites.

Your Impact

  • You will develop and maintain sites including building and capital expenditure projects
  • You will be responsive to employee concerns and responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.
  • You’ll deliver an exceptional employee experience while managing cost and vendor strategies.
  • You’ll oversee the management of the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services, housekeeping and Security.
  • You will maintain relationships with property management liaisons. Plan and communicate major building services /projects.
  • Lead, develops and motivates the CREWS teams, communicates performance goals and priorities.
  • You will be responsible for financial budgets leveraging forecasting tools.
  • You will ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels observing the statutory and regulatory law.
  • Maintain statutory records, certificates and test certificates in an up-to-date and available fashion.
