We’re searching for an incredible Facilities Manager to join the team to support our new Build to Rent development, York & Elder in Brighton!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the development consistently meets all maintenance and health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service across both sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee completion of daily reactive work orders
  • Manage all aspects of the delivery of all planned maintenance
  • Track building asset performance against design parameters to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenance
  • Oversee tenancy fabric refresh works
  • Keep all common and amenity spaces in good / safe condition
  • Keep track of and schedule the annual statutory compliance register
  • Provide timely MI reports to show ongoing compliance status
  • Work closely with the central team on all site H&S inspections and audits.
  • Ensure reports such as FRA’s, reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely manner and in the agreed format
  • Work closely with the commercial team and General Manager to maintain operating spend in line with annual budget
  • To act as a role model for the values and key behaviours across the organization
  • To promote peak performance through effective people management, embracing the one-to-one and review process
