FACILITIES OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in maintaining the developer assigning building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification, etc
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works
• Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed and identify any defects if any.
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns, and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences.
• Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
• Follow all regulations and safety procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and follow up on outstanding defects works
• Attend to complaints and troubleshoot faults.
• Daily opening and closing check
• Compile and maintain service reports, Licenses / Certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit Certificate of Completion for Maintenance Works and Services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized tertiary establishment in Facility
• Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
• Project Management skills
• Resourceful, team player, and able to work independently
• 5.5 days work week
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Starting to work immediately will be an advantage
