Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE NATIONAL TRAVEL.

We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Operations Director in Facilities Management who will join us in inspiring our clients, end-consumers and their own operations team to do great things at work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • To provide strategic leadership across the contracts, lead in the delivery of significant profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships
  • Client development and retention through pro-actively building long lasting client relationships
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring the contracts are operating within contractual terms.
  • Ensure the contracts perform to budget and achieve their unit business plan and financial performance
  • Own, define, maintain and manage account development plans
  • Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for the contracts; identifying and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Oversee Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy
  • Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.
