The Facilities Operations Manager is a role dedicated to the delivery of FM services and communication with key stakeholders within the Fulfilment Centre, Warehouse & Office complex of a high-end, global leader in prestige beauty.
The site - based in Fareham – is under plans for closure by 2026. Therefore, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is either looking to develop - or improve their existing - demobilisation, Project Management and People Management skills and experience.
This role lives and breathes a high-touch customer service outlook. With Hard FM, Reception, Post Room, Cleaning and Security services on site, the Facilities Operations Manager is the responsible person for all services and the communication of related activities with site stakeholders.
