Responsibilities:
To plan, deliver and provide effective leadership for facilities compliance, maintenance and renewal programmes across multiple buildings throughout the district. Manage safe practice processes for the delivery of timely and cost-effective works, with adherence to requirements used in the coordination of services to maintain RLC’s fully compliant status relating to statutory and regulatory obligations under relevant Building and Health and Safety Act(s) – and/or any legal requirements imposed on RLC by local and/or regional government.
